BLOC47 was established with the clear intention of becoming the leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the East African sector. The business provides a clear, straight-forward customer led service.
The following years brought further high growth and expansion to the company. the success of the Kenya team aligned to the Pan-African demand for professional expertise led to the creation of a more dynamic and versatile team. This was all achieved with the training and development of our own people ensuring we have a consistency of service externally whilst internally rewarding success.
It has never been more of an exciting time to join BLOC47. Still privately owned, the company finds itself in an enviable position to expand into further international markets as well as grow our presence across different verticals.
